Behavior and Reward Charts
Choose the chart or sheet that fits the job. Behavior, reward and potty charts track a goal over days or weeks; the ABC chart, behavior log and parent contact log record what happened; the contract and reflection sheet help a child plan what to do next. Each opens with a complete default you can print at once, or change the columns, rows and wording first. Children’s names are written by hand on the printed sheet, so nothing personal is typed into the page.
Tools in this group
- ABC Behavior Chart — Choose the columns and rows for an antecedent-behavior-consequence observation sheet, then print the blank ABC behavior chart.
- Behavior Chart — Pick daily, weekly or monthly, type up to 8 expectations and a rating scale, then print a ready behavior chart for kids or your classroom.
- Behavior Clip Chart — Type your levels, pick wall or desk size and print the behavior clip chart; the page also explains how it is used and the criticism of public clip charts.
- Behavior Contract Template — Type the goals, pick elementary, preschool or short wording, and print a contract with space for what the student and teacher will do, a reward and signatures.
- Behavior Log — Switch columns on or off, choose incident or positive-behavior wording and the number of rows, then print the blank log or download it as a CSV.
- Behavior Reflection Sheet (Think Sheet) — Choose the grade level and the questions, then print a think sheet where students write what happened, how they felt and what they will do next time.
- Classroom Jobs Chart — Type your classroom jobs, choose how many rotations to show, and print the chart with blank name boxes or a set of job cards to cut out.
- Potty Training Chart — Choose the days and columns, add optional reminders and a goal, then print a potty chart to fill in with stickers.
- Reward Chart — List the tasks or choose numbered circles, set the goal and reward, then print a reward chart or sticker chart printable.
